Your Invitation to a Live Workshop with Joanne Elphinston

Giving Them Wings: The Upper Limb Rehab Reimagined
Venue: Ivanhoe (Melbourne)
Date: Saturday February 3rd 2024
Who is This Course Applicable To?: Open to All Health, Movement & Rehabilitation practitioners
Workshop Description: Persistent upper limb problems, especially in the shoulder, can be tricky to deal with when looked at in isolation.
However, when we understand the interplay between the local upper quadrant and the global body, suddenly things come into focus in an entirely new way.
Join Joanne Elphinston as she guides you through an enlightening and highly interactive workshop where you will be introduced to the upper limb factors that rapidly change the game for so many patients. This is natural function, how the whole body comes together to create optimal upper limb movement, and how even our minds and emotions can influence our mechanics.
This is how we address those persistent issues that keep coming back, by getting to the root of why that structure is under pressure.
