Does Fascia Stretch??

In this 2022 video, Gil Hedley brilliantly discusses this topic with a logic that is sorely missing in some of the discussion on this important question.

Watch the video to the end for some amazing footage of fascia being mobilised to clearly demonstrate the answer. “In this video, Gil drills down into the details of fascia as a biological fabric to explain how different types of fascia & their weaves & the direction of stress all factor in to answering the question “Does fascia stretch?” At the end of the video he provides microscopic video analysis to demonstrate what he is talking about. Enjoy!”
