A Complete Review of the Surface Anatomy of the Upper body

In this 1 Day workshop we will use a new way to learn & RETAIN anatomical detail
(The PALS concept – Primary Anatomical Landmarks) to allow you to easily, accurately & confidently locate the main myofascial, bone & joint structures of the Cervical & Thoracic spines, Shoulder & Scapula & the Forearm & Wrist.
This certainly will NOT be a dry anatomical lecture. It will be fun, highly practical & interactive.

What are the benefits of anatomical competence in this area?
- It Provides the therapist with the certainty that they know where they are in the body & from that certainty, confidence & work satisfaction can grow.
- It builds the therapists professional posture
- It conveys confidence to the patient of the practitioners competence.
- Gives the precision required for accurate clinical assessment thus arriving at the correct clinical impression
- Allows the therapists to consistently administer the correct technique with the appropriate dosage to the correct site / structure
- With the ability to reassess & return to the exact anatomical site, this allows the therapists to monitor the effects of their intervention – changes in pain perception & changes in the lesion itself Pre vs Post Treatment.
